  • Companies which need more than 1 license should normally get a 1 Year Site License
  • A Non-expiring Shorthand Ver. 10 License allows you to use Shorthand Ver. 10 on a single computer with no expiration date. However, upgrades to future versions Shorthand are at extra cost.
  • Non-expiring licenses require you to register the computer(s) that will be running Shorthand (we will send you instructions on how to do this after we receive your order).
  • Non-expiring licenses cannot be installed on removable drives (USB flash drives, jump drives, thumb drives), virtual machines, VDIs or on network servers. You should get a Time-Limited license to use Shorthand on shared drives.

Non-expiring PC License (Email Delivery)
DO NOT PURCHASE A NON-EXPIRING LICENSE IF YOU PLAN TO USE SHORTHAND ON A VDI OR VIRTUAL MACHINE.
You will receive a non-expiring license for a single computer. If the license is registered under your own name (i.e. not a business name), we will send you instructions on how to get a free additional license for a second computer for your own personal use only. You must be the only person using both licenses. Email delivery, no CDs, no printed manual.
